In a rear end landing the crash pressure is transferred to the bulkhead.

This kit is designed to protect the rear bulkhead in a bad crash on the rear end by transfering the pressure into the chassis instead of theu00a0

bulkhead thru the center brace.

u00a0This brace may can be adapted to work on the Outcast/Notorious but there is no guaranteeu00a0of this.

It will depend on your skill level.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the front 4 mm screw that goes thru the wing mount.

Remove the plastic spacers.

Mount the parts and replace the 4 mm screwu00a0

lay ears against the towers.u00a0

snug down cross screw.

SLOWLY drill thru the shock tower using the 1/8 drill provided in the kit.

put in the provided screws.

These standoffs are made using 4340 pre heat treated aircraft grade steelu00a0

These standoffs are anchored with a 4 mm lock nut.

We have added a 4 mm lock nutu00a0 to hold the shocks on as we have seen them break during hard landings.

It will be necessary to drill out the shock tower holes to 4 mm to accept the 4 mm screw. A drill is provided in the kit.

We have found that a softer material is more durable than a hardened material and the 1 piece construction eliminates 1 more area of breakage.

rear section of the chassis and added 20 mm more material to cut down on chassis flex. this material is time tested to provide much more rigidity

to the chassis. We have also added Our custom droop screws to the kit , so there will be minimal wear at the droop screw contact points. this newer model is

designed to work with the 2,3,4 and EXB CHASSIS and the stock Arrma parts. I cannot vouch for the other manufactors arms .

THE VIDEOS MENTION THE STEEL DROOP SCREWS. PLEASE IGNORE THESE COMMENTS. THEu00a0 NEW DROOP SCREWS WE HAVE ADDED TO THE KIT WILL BE MUCH BETTER FOR WEARu00a0u00a0WHEN USING THE DIFFERENT ARMS AVIALABLE.

NOTE:

FOR THE GUYS USING RPM ARMS. RPM DID NOT PUT THE DROOP SCREW IN THE CORRECT PLACE. NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THAT. WHAT CAN BE DONE.

You can simply drill a 1/8 hole to the inside of next to the stock hole in the arm . then simply screw in the supplied droop screw and it will be in the stock location of theu00a0

ARRMA droop screw. it’s that simple.
